It's easy. If you have already purchased your pass for ideaCity, all you need to do is show up at the conference, present yourself to the registration desk, show photo ID, and you'll receive your badge.

The best time to do this is during pre-registration, which will be held at the conference venue, on Tuesday, June 15, 2010 from 6:00-8:00 pm.

If it's not possible for you to make pre-registration, don't panic. You do not need to send someone else in your place to pick up materials. In fact, we won't be able to give your materials to anyone else besides you. If you have a full pass and you can't make pre-registration, simply come by the registration desk at anytime during the conference and we'll give you your pass.

Please come by the conference venue on the morning of your day and present yourself to the registration desk with photo ID. If you can't come by in the morning, no problem! You can come by the registration desk to pick up your pass at any time, but only on your particular day.

Yes of course. If the conference has already started, simply come by the conference venue and present yourself at the registration desk. Please let someone at the desk know that you'd like to purchase a ticket. Provided a ticket is available, we will assist you with the purchase and you can start attending the conference right away.

The conference is being held at The Royal Conservatory of Music's Koerner Hall, 273 Bloor St., in Toronto.

There is no onsite parking available.

The closest TTC stops are Museum and St George.

ideaCity parties are for ideaCity attendees. There is one party each night, following each conference day. If you have a full pass, you automatically gain admission to each of the three evening parties. (Please note, this is a single ticket.)

Or if you have a day pass, you automatically gain admission to that day's party only. (Please note, this is a single ticket.)

If you do not have a conference pass, but would like to experience ideaCity’s legendary parties call 1-416-362-4332 to pre-register. Single use party passes are $150.00 per evening plus GST.

The dress code is business casual, but relaxed!

To request a media pass, please email a written request to Leanne Wright, Vice President of Communications at leanne@zoomer.ca.  In the email please include your name, institution name, contact number, and briefly outline how the pass will be used if the request is granted.
